My standard rate is $100/hour ($50/hour for executive support, since it's a lighter lift than building systems from scratch). Monthly retainers range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on scope, typically a 10 to 20 hour monthly package. One-time projects like HubSpot setups, Asana buildouts, and funnel builds are quoted as fixed fees. A full lead magnet + ads + funnel + CRM bundle starts at $3,000. Custom websites through my sister brand Get Coastal Built start at $750.
