You already know something needs to change.

Let's figure out what's broken, build the system to fix it, and get your business running without you holding every piece together.

This is not a sales call. It is a real conversation about your business, what is costing you time, and whether I am the right person to fix it.

Here's How This Works

No proposals from a template. No "packages" that half-apply to your business. Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation.

01

The Discovery Call

We get on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes. You tell me what is breaking, what is slowing you down, and what you wish your business looked like on the other side. I ask the questions most people skip. We figure out if there is a fit.

You do not need to have anything organized before this call. That is literally the point.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a real conversation about your operations.

02

The Systems Assessment

If we decide to move forward, I dig into your current tools, workflows, and processes. I talk to the people actually doing the work, not just leadership. I look at what is connected, what is not, and where things are falling through the cracks.

This is where I find the stuff you have been too busy to see.

03

The Custom Roadmap

You get a clear plan. Not a 40-page strategy deck that collects dust. A prioritized list of what to fix first, what to build, and what order to do it in. Quick wins up front so you feel the difference immediately.

04

Execution

This is where most consultants hand you a plan and disappear. I do not do that. I build it. I implement the systems, configure the tools, set up the automations, create the SOPs, and make sure everything actually works before I call it done.

And if something needs to be maintained or managed on an ongoing basis, that is what the retainer is for.

What it actually feels like to not do everything yourself.

Month one is focused. We get your systems assessed, your quick wins handled, and the foundation set for everything that comes after. By the end of the first month, you should already feel lighter.

Months two and beyond shift into ongoing support. That looks different for every client. For some, it is managing their inbox, calendar, and client communications. For others, it is building automations, maintaining their CRM, and keeping their tech stack running clean. For most, it is a mix of both.

Here is what stays consistent:

A weekly sync call so nothing slips through the cracks.

A shared project board where every task is tracked, visible, and owned.

Direct access to me and my team through Slack, email, or whatever works best for how your brain operates.

Monthly check-ins on what is working, what needs adjusting, and what to prioritize next.

You will never wonder what we are working on. You will never have to chase an update. That is the whole point.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • You are a founder or executive running a business that has outgrown its systems.
  • You are spending more time managing operations than doing the work that actually grows your business.
  • You have tools you are paying for that nobody is using properly.
  • You have tried hiring a VA before and it did not stick because nothing was documented.
  • You want someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do.
  • You are ready to invest in systems that give you your time back.
  • You keep telling yourself you will get organized before you hire someone. (You will not. And that is okay.)

This is probably not the right fit if:

  • You need someone for 5 hours a week of data entry.
  • You are looking for the cheapest option.
  • You want to approve every email before it gets sent.
  • You are not willing to change how things are currently done.
  • You need someone in your office every day.

I am not the right fit for everyone. And that is on purpose. The clients I work best with are the ones who want a partner, not a task-taker.

What People Don't Expect

I will talk to your team, not just you.

The best way to understand how your business actually runs is to talk to the people doing the work. Not just the person at the top.

I will not rip you off your favorite tools.

If your team loves Asana, we are building in Asana. If they live in Google Sheets, I am not forcing them into a CRM they will never open. I build around what your people will actually use.

I will tell you the truth.

If something is not working, I will say so. If you do not actually need what you think you need, I will tell you that too. You are hiring me for my judgment, not just my hands.

I document everything.

Every system I build comes with written and visual SOPs. If I got hit by a bus tomorrow, your business would keep running. That is the standard.

You will feel it in the first two weeks.

I start with quick wins on purpose. Not because they are easy, but because you need to feel the difference fast. That is what builds trust.

Questions I Get Asked a Lot

What if next month felt completely different?

20 to 30 minutes. No pitch. Just a real conversation about what is eating your time and how to get it back.
